YEREVAN, ARMENIA Wyndham Hotel Group is launching its first property in Armenia under a franchise agreement with Rameo Otel CJSC.
The 150-key Ramada Yerevan is expected to open in 2013 in Armenia’s capital city. The hotel, which will be situated in the upscale segment, will be located in the emerging business and residential area of Yerevan.
The hotel will feature an all-day restaurant that includes an international breakfast buffet and a diverse à la carte lunch and dinner menu. An Armenian specialty restaurant will offer guests local cuisine. A coffee bar in the lobby will serve a mix of hot and cold soft beverages. Amenities will include a 24-hour business center, four meeting rooms, a spa, an indoor swimming pool, a large gymnasium, saunas and several treatment rooms.
