What’s Hot: Le Cirque debuts in India

Iconic restaurant brand Le Cirque has made its first foray into Asia at The Leela Palace New Delhi, where it soft-opened this month and will celebrate its grand opening September 9.

The 144-seat restaurant, located on the hotel’s 10th floor, is led by chefs Brown Burch and Abhay Singh Bhoite, who are preparing signature dishes such as Arancini Risotto, Tuna in Pistachio Crust and Masala Tea Tiramisu.

Design Spin Studio of Japan created the interior, which depicts the property’s overall theme of timeless elegance. The restaurant features three private dining rooms, including a chef’s table in addition to a show kitchen, a bar lounge and al fresco seating.
