Vail Resorts Inc., Broomfield, Colorado, has created a new position for one of its senior executives to work on expanding the company’s portfolio outside of North America.
The company’s co-president John Garnsey has been named president-international and will focus on expanding Vail’s lodging offerings in Asia and Europe.
“In this new role, John will continue to report to me and will focus the majority of his efforts on developing and securing new opportunities for our company outside of North America, particularly in Asia and Europe,” said Rob Katz, Vail Resorts CEO.
