Tryp by Wyndham enters Central America

Wyndham Worldwide, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, announced on Thursday that it has opened its first Tryp by Wyndham branded hotel in Central America.

The 98-room, 4-star Tryp San José Sabana opened on Thursday in San José, Costa Rica. The hotel features 500 sq m (5,380 sq ft) of meeting room and have tapas at the hotel restaurant Gastro Bar en la 38.

“The opening of the first TRYP by Wyndham hotel in Central America is an important milestone in our growth strategy, which is to establish the brand in key cities throughout the Americas,” said Daniel del Olmo, Wyndham Hotel Group’s managing director of Latin America and brand senior vice president of Tryp by Wyndham. “San José, with its booming business and abundance of attractions, is an ideal Central American city in which to debut Tryp by Wyndham.”
