TPG Hotels completes repositioning of voco College Station Aggieland

TPG Hotels & Resorts has completed the renovation and repositioning of the voco College Station Aggieland, an IHG Hotels & Resorts property located in College Station, Texas.

The 166-room hotel is within walking distance of Texas A&M University and Kyle Field. The property is positioned to serve guests attending university events and SEC football weekends and offers access to nearby corporations and research institutes including FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, Lynntech, BRG, OI Analytical and Texas Triangle Park.

“College Station remains one of the most stable university-driven lodging markets in Texas,” said Patrick Short, president of TPG Hotels & Resorts. “With more than 75,000 students enrolled at Texas A&M and continued corporate investment in the region, the market offers a strong mix of university, corporate, and event-driven demand. Repositioning the asset under IHG’s voco brand allows us to introduce a more contemporary guest experience while strengthening the property’s competitive positioning within the market.”

The renovation updated guestrooms and public spaces in line with the voco brand’s design identity. Guest accommodations include plush bedding, premium bath amenities, in-room coffee makers, mini refrigerators, workspaces and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Property amenities include an outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, flexible meeting space and complimentary on-site parking. The on-site food and beverage outlet, Revelry Bistro and Bar, offers made-to-order breakfast and evening dining along with craft cocktails in a casual setting intended for both hotel guests and the surrounding community.

TPG Hotels & Resorts is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
