TheLifeCo St. Lucia, a 100-key wellness destination and Caribbean outpost of the global medical wellness brand TheLifeCo, has announced the appointment of Olgay Kiraz as general manager.
Kiraz has spent nearly two decades holding leadership positions at global hospitality brands, including Hilton and Marriott International, and developing a multidisciplinary background across finance, operations and hotel management. His career spans luxury hotels, branded residences and lifestyle destinations, with experience in hotel operations, financial performance, commercial management and pre-opening initiatives. Most recently, he served as general manager of Flamm Bodrum and Flamm Residences in Turkey. His pre-opening experience includes the launch of Marriott International’s THE EDITION Bodrum.
“By combining advanced medical technologies, evidence-based therapies and our integrative philosophy, we are introducing a new benchmark for longevity wellness in the Caribbean,” said Ersin Pamuksuzer, founder of TheLifeCo. “Olgay brings a guest-first approach and deep operational expertise to ensure every touchpoint of the experience reflects TheLifeCo’s commitment to personalized care, exceptional hospitality and meaningful transformation.”
“While the Caribbean is rightfully known for its beauty and ability to inspire relaxation, we are creating a destination where guests can really invest in their health,” said Kiraz. “With every stay at TheLifeCo St. Lucia, our goal is to create a lasting impact beyond the time guests spend with us. We are giving the knowledge and tools to support guests’ wellbeing long after they return home, so they can incorporate these learnings into their everyday lives.”
TheLifeCo’s flagship property and the first to open within A’ila Resorts’ 100,000-square-foot longevity village atop Mount Pimard, TheLifeCo St. Lucia offers 15 wellness programs, advanced diagnostics, technologies and therapies, a plant-based therapeutic restaurant and the debut of TheLifeCo’s first-ever Longevity Holidays—itineraries designed for more flexible leisure-oriented stays—which range from 4-day resets to 21-day resets.
Programs at the property are curated around fasting and cellular renewal, digestive health, natural body management and science-backed therapies, including regenerative stem cell treatments and EBO2 (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation), an alternative extracorporeal therapy that oxygenates blood before reinfusion. Guests will also have access to the resort’s pool overlooking Rodney Bay, along with mineral water pools, saunas, steam rooms and hammams.
