The Standard, London has appointed Murray Scott as general manager.
Bringing more than 21 years of experience in hospitality, Murray joins The Standard, London following his tenure as general manager at The Hoxton Holborn, having previously led The Hoxton Shoreditch.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across renowned lifestyle hotel brands, including NH Hotel Group, Bankside Autograph Collection, London Marriott Grosvenor Square, Park Tower Knightsbridge and Sheraton Grand Edinburgh.

Housed in the former 1974 Brutalist building Camden Town Hall Annex in London’s King’s Cross neighbourhood, The Standard, London has 266 rooms, The Library Lounge and Sounds Studio lounge, five dining venues, a gym, a spa and meetings and events space.
