ZÜRICH Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has launched its own online shop, Swissôtel at home, enabling guest to purchase amenities found at the hotels.
Swissôtel’s online retail selection includes bed linens, towels and bathrobes to accessories handcrafted by Swiss goldsmith Sebastian Fässler, who has designed silver keyrings, cufflinks and a silver brooch specially for the hotel chain.
The “Swiss circles” paper-cut motifs—a design element that forms a common theme throughout all the Swissôtels worldwide—are featured on many products including mugs, Sigg drinking bottles, perfumed candles and silk scarves.
Earlier this week, the Westin and Sheraton brands announced forays into online furniture retail. Westin items are available for purchase at Westin.com/store, and Sheraton home pieces are retailed at Sheraton-HotelsAtHome.com.
