Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Stamford, Connecticut, announced on Monday that it sold the 275-room Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites to RockBridge Capital, Columbus, Ohio, for an undisclosed amount.
After an 18-month renovation, the hotel will operate under a Le Méridien franchise and be managed by Wischermann Partners, Minnetonka, Minnesota.
“We are excited about the opportunity to complete our third Starwood conversion in the past few years and to do our first project involving Le Méridien,” said Jim Merkel, RockBridge CEO and president.
