André Balazs Properties is reportedly partnering with Crosstree Real Estate Partners to convert a 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) building in London into a 250-room The Standard-branded hotel, the brand’s first outside the U.S.
EstatesGazette.com reported that the property will take two years to be ready for opening. The hotel will be located in London’s rapidly changing King’s Cross neighborhood.
