Sofitel and Nespresso have partnered on a limited-edition in-room experience bringing together specialty coffee and pastry craftsmanship.
The “Please Disturb” Croissant & Coffee Pairing Menu forms part of Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie program and is available through November 26, 2026, across selected Sofitel properties worldwide, including Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square; Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills; Sofitel Mexico City Reforma; Sofitel London Heathrow; Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour; and destinations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
The concept aims to put a playful spin on the traditional “Do Not Disturb” moment, inviting hotel guests to turn time spent in-room into a curated coffee and pastry experience.
For Sofitel and Nespresso, the collaboration takes a familiar part of the hotel stay and gives it a more experiential treatment. Rather than approaching coffee purely as an in-room amenity, the partnership brings together Nespresso’s coffee expertise with the creativity and savoir-faire of Sofitel’s pastry chefs to create pairings designed around complementary flavors, aromas and textures.
At the heart of the experience are three signature pairings, each combining a La Haute Croissanterie creation with a Nespresso coffee recipe.
Le Brûlé pairs a Cappuccino Mousse Brûlée with a Crispy Honey Cream Croissant, bringing together almond, orange blossom and fresh citrus notes. L’Epicé combines an Oat Spicy Chocolate Coffee with a Coffee-Choco Exotic Croissant, layering coffee and dark chocolate with passion fruit and Sichuan pepper. Rounding out the menu, Le Tonique pairs an Iced Orange Espresso Tonic with a Paris Brest Croissant, balancing hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnuts with citrus, tonic water and orange blossom.
Guests can order their chosen pairing through in-room dining throughout the day, with the experience completed at delivery through a live finishing gesture performed in the room. Depending on the pairing, that could mean a brûléed sugar finish, an aromatic citrus mist or a final grating of dark chocolate and Sichuan pepper.

The details continue through the glassware, co-branded presentation and service ritual. Each croissant has been conceived to complement its paired coffee recipe, while the coffee creations have been developed to enhance the aromas, textures and flavors of the pastry.
“Partnering with Nespresso for this latest limited-edition run of La Haute Croissanterie has allowed us to elevate one of gastronomy’s most signature pairings, the inimitable café-croissant, into a truly harmonious moment,” said Anne-Cécile Degenne, corporate executive chef at Sofitel Hotels & Resorts. “By combining the creativity of our pastry chefs with the expertise of Nespresso’s coffee experts, we have crafted a fresh expression of French art de vivre that guests can enjoy in the privacy of their own room.”
For Nespresso, the partnership provides another way to showcase coffee within the wider hotel guest experience while highlighting the quality, taste and versatility of its coffees through both hot and cold recipes.
“As the exclusive coffee partner of this limited edition of La Haute Croissanterie, Nespresso celebrates a shared vision with Sofitel,” said Sacha Wittorski, coffee expertise & mixology specialist at Nespresso. “Coffee holds a special place in every guest journey, and transforming this iconic pairing into an exploration of the senses together with Sofitel’s pastry chefs has been an inspiring collaboration.”
The collaboration builds on Sofitel’s La Haute Croissanterie platform, which launched in January 2024 with the aim of elevating the art of croissant-making. Previous limited-edition collections have included Blossoms in 2025 and Fruit Kiss in 2026, with creations combining French pastry technique with seasonal ingredients and local influences.
