The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. has introduced a signature cake to celebrate the brand’s heritage.
In creating the cake, Corporate Chef Rainer Zinngrebe aimed to take a few classical yet commonly found ingredients to create a distinctly Ritz-Carlton taste as well as a presentation that would make a beautiful gift. The cake has a rich, dark chocolate flavor with bursts of orange throughout.
Ritz-Carlton is encouraging guests worldwide to taste and take home the cake and share their experiences via the hashtag #RCMemories. The brand also plans to feature a selection of guests’ cake-related photos on Instagram.
