Renovated Orlando hotel features interactive kitchen

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, a 781-key aquatic-themed resort in Orlando, Florida, has completed a five-year renovation project worth more than US$35 million that includes a new interactive, open kitchen for events.

Atlantis Kitchen features the latest cooking equipment such as liquid nitrogen and immersion circulators for sous vide-style preparations. Available for intimate dinners, cooking classes and other functions, the space can accommodate up to 50 guests inside the kitchen with an option to expand to 200 for receptions.

The hotel’s renovation also includes 65 redesigned guest suites, a new 8,000-sq-ft (743-sq-m) function lawn, an interactive water playground and a transformed second-floor meeting space with 23 breakout rooms of various sizes.
