Remington Hospitality has announced the opening of ONE|GT, a newly developed luxury lifestyle hotel in George Town, Grand Cayman. The property is the island’s only member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Developed by ONE|GT Hospitality Limited, the hotel features 97 condo-style suites and three dining concepts: Perle, a French-Mediterranean restaurant; Café Bellini, an Italian-inspired café and bakery; and Byū, the island’s first rooftop restaurant and bar with an infinity-edge pool offering Asian fusion cuisine. Additional amenities include the third-floor Oasis Pool, fitness center, wellness activities and indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Remington will align sales, marketing and revenue management at the property to build demand across leisure, group and business travelers while driving pricing and booking mix to maximize profitability for ownership.
