Remington Hospitality announced today the addition of the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre to its third-party managed portfolio. The downtown Indianapolis hotel is undergoing a renovation and repositioning that will transition it into Marriott’s Renaissance brand.
Located on Monument Circle, the property has 378 rooms and features meeting and event spaces, a rooftop pool overlooking downtown Indianapolis, onsite dining outlets and access to the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium and the city’s business and entertainment districts.
The transformation will include redesigned guestrooms and suites, enhanced meeting and event spaces, a reimagined rooftop pool experience, new food-and-beverage concepts, improvements to the property’s parking facilities and upgrades to the public areas. The hotel is expected to remain operational throughout the renovation and rebranding.

“This is the type of opportunity that aligns exceptionally well with Remington’s strengths,” said Ben Perelmuter, president, Remington Hospitality. “The combination of a landmark location, significant reinvestment, and an experienced ownership group creates a strong foundation for success. We look forward to working alongside Keystone Group to enhance the guest experience, support the property’s evolution, and drive meaningful results for the asset over the long term.”
The addition reflects Remington’s growth as a third-party manager and its focus on partnering with owners undertaking repositioning and value-enhancement initiatives.
