Remington Hospitality adds Hilton Arcadia Pasadena Area

Remington Hospitality announced the addition of the 173-room Hilton Arcadia Pasadena Area to its third-party management portfolio.

The hotel, which opened in December 2025, is across from Santa Anita Park and about seven miles from Pasadena. Select guest rooms and suites have floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies with views of the San Gabriel Mountains and Santa Anita Park.

“The Hilton Arcadia Pasadena Area combines new construction, a rooftop venue, and significant event space in a location with strong leisure and group appeal,” said Ben Perelmuter, CEO of Remington Hospitality. “We look forward to partnering with ownership to establish the hotel’s position in the market, enhance operational performance, and create long-term value.”

Dining options include HĂpico, a rooftop restaurant and bar serving craft cocktails and Baja-inspired bites, and 19Seventy at the Ovalo Restaurant & Bar, which offers contemporary Italian dining. The hotel also has a heated outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center and a Hilton Honors Executive Lounge.

The hotel has more than 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. The 7,140-square-foot Centella Ballroom is the anchor venue and has the latest technology.

The hotel offers access to Westfield Santa Anita, the Los Angeles County Arboretum, The Huntington Library and the Rose Bowl.

The addition expands Remington’s portfolio of full-service hotels. The company said it is committed to helping owners maximize asset value through operational excellence, commercial strategy and disciplined execution.
