The Related Group and sbe have announced the launch of the Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences brand with two locations in South Florida scheduled to open in 2016.
Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami, located at Midtown Avenue and 34th Street, will include 80 hotel rooms and 400 condominiums. Arquitectonica designed the building, and David Rockwell will finish the interiors.
Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood Beach, a 40-story beachfront tower with 40 condominium residences and 367 condo hotel units, will be located at 4111 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, just north of Miami. Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa and Associates will be the architect for the project.
The design philosophy of Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences aims to strike a balance between innovation and functionality, joining technology and aesthetics and empowering guests to customize everything.
