Pyramid Global boosts U.S. portfolio with nine additions

Pyramid Global Hospitality, the company behind Benchmark Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle and Hamilton Pyramid Europe, has started 2024 on a strong note and has been growing its footprint in the U.S. with the addition of several properties from Florida to Hawaii.

With more than 11 consecutive quarters of market share growth, the third-party hospitality management is also preparing to open more properties.

Pyramid Global has added nine properties to its U.S. portfolio. In Florida, the additions include Naples Grande Beach Resort, Saddlebrook Resort Tampa and Hotel Flor, a Tapestry Collection Hotel by Hilton.

Pyramid Global Hospitality added nine properties to its U.S. portfolio, including the Wayfinder Bishop Creekside Inn in California.

The company also added some boutique resorts – Black Rock Mountain Resort in Utah, Wayfinder Waikiki in Hawaii and Wayfinder Bishop Creekside Inn in California.

Pyramid Global has also assumed management of Rand Tower Hotel, a Tribute Hotel in Minnesota, Marriott San Antonio Northwest in Texas and The Crotonville Conference Center in New York.

“We have a robust and growing pipeline ahead for the year as owners increasingly recognize Pyramid’s ability to drive results through great people and industry-leading tools,” said Warren Fields, CEO of Pyramid Global Hospitality.

With a momentous start to the year, Fields said they were continuing in their goal to becoming the manager of choice in its industry.

Naples Grande Beach Resort in Florida is among the recent additions to Pyramid Global Hospitality’s U.S. portfolio.

Along with growing its portfolio, Pyramid Global has reported more than 11 consecutive quarters of market share growth which coincides with the launch of its data analytics platform, NEO. NEO aims to serve as a one-stop shop consolidating access to targeted metrics, trends and insights.

Pyramid Global was formed by the merger of three hotel and resort management companies. In 2021, Benchmark Pyramid was created by the merger of development and management firm Benchmark Global Hospitality and management company Pyramid Hotel Group. In 2022, Benchmark Pyramid rebranded to Pyramid Global Hospitality. Later that year, Pyramid Global acquired the operating division of Provenance Hotels.

Pyramid Global’s portfolio currently comprises more than 240 properties in the U.S., Caribbean and Europe.
