Principal Hayley Group, Harrogate, England, bought back six hotels for £200 million (US$308 million) from property fund aAim.
The hotel properties include Hotel Russell in London, the George in Edinburgh, the Leeds Metropole, the Palace Manchester and Selsdon Park in Surrey and the Royal York.
Principal Hayley sold the hotels to aAim for £275 million (US$424 million) in 2006.
