PM Hotel Group has appointed Elizabeth Herzberg as SVP of development. In this role, Herzberg will lead efforts to expand the company’s management portfolio, strengthen ownership relationships and support execution of PM Hotel Group’s long-term growth strategy.

Herzberg joins PM Hotel Group’s Growth + Development team from Mint House, a residential hospitality operator acquired by Kasa in January 2026. She helped build and scale the company’s development platform to more than 30 upper-upscale hotels across 25-plus U.S. markets. Her background also includes commercial real estate advisory, capital markets, investor relations and transaction support through prior roles at CBRE and Transwestern.
Her appointment comes as the company expands across the U.S., with new hotel deals in key markets including coastal Florida, New York, Hawaii, California, Oregon, and the Mountain States.
