PM Hotel Group has promoted Geoff Gaumer to regional director of operations, Texas market, to oversee the company’s growing portfolio in the state.
Gaumer brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to his new role. Most recently serving as area general manager, he has been responsible for overseeing multiple assets across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Gaumer began his career in hospitality as a banquet houseman at a five-star resort in Wisconsin. Over the course of his career, he has held progressive leadership roles, including banquet manager, director of food & beverage, assistant general manager and general manager before advancing to area general manager. Since joining PM four years ago, his leadership has contributed to significant improvements across key metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, brand satisfaction scores and associate engagement.
