PM Hotel Group has added three hotels to its management portfolio in Portland, Ore., vicinity. The additions in Sherwood, Tigard and Hillsboro grow its Portland-area portfolio from four hotels to seven across the Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and Choice brand families.
“This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to the pacific northwest and the overall west coast market area, and our ability to operate successfully across segments nationally,” said Paul Sacco, chief growth and development officer of PM Hotel Group. “Now seven hotels in the Portland area, and greater than 90 hotels nationwide from focused service to luxury, these additions represent the kind of scale with agility that defines our platform.”
The additions include Hampton Inn Sherwood Portland and Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard, both operating under the Hilton brand, along with Caption by Hyatt Hillsboro, a new-build hotel under development. The Hillsboro property will introduce the Caption by Hyatt brand to PM Hotel Group’s portfolio.
The 73-room Hampton Inn Sherwood Portland is approximately 20 miles southwest of downtown Portland, within Oregon wine country. It offers complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, a fitness center and approximately 920 square feet of meeting space. It is near Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge and several area wineries.
The 152-room Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard sits between Portland, Beaverton and Lake Oswego, with access to Interstate 5 and Washington Square. Amenities include complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, meeting space, and complimentary parking with electric vehicle charging.

The three properties join Cambria Hotel Portland – Pearl District, Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel, Hampton Inn Portland Airport and Aloft Portland Airport at Cascade Station in the company’s regional portfolio.
