ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN A 2008 proposal for a new-build hotel in downtown Ann Arbor is being resurrected.
First Hospitality Group will submit a revised plan for the hotel project to Ann Arbor officials later this month. The original 120-key hotel plan for a former used car lot failed to win approval two years ago. The site at the corner of Division and Washington has remained dormant since.
Developers are considering at least two other locations for new hotels downtown, AnnArbor.com reports.
