Picasso to take center stage at Conrad Indianapolis

Conrad Indianapolis will showcase a public exhibit of rare works by Pablo Picasso September 4 – October 14.

The compilation of 25 prints spanning from 1905 to 1968 boasts a value in the seven figures. Examples of works from Picasso’s Suite Vollard, will figure prominently in the exhibit, located in the first floor lobby. Also included will be an original drawing by Picasso, which has been authenticated by his estate.

A second exhibit, located just around the corner in The Alcove, Conrad Indianapolis’ first floor gallery event space, will include a series of lifetime posters authorized by Pablo Picasso and created with the assistance of printer Fernand Mourlot.

ModernMasters Fine Art helped bring the exhibit to Indianapolis, along with Picasso print expert and member of the International Fine Art Print Dealers Association John Szoke and Eric Mourlot, grandson of Fernand Mourlot.
