Neal Cox has been named executive chef at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa in Houston following a nearly year-long stint as executive sous chef there.
Subrat Dash has joined VITS Bhubaneshwar as general manager. Dash’s previous experience includes positions with Mayfair Resorts & Spa, Country Inn & Suites and Ramee Guestline Hotels.
The Hotel Group in Edmonds, Washington, has appointed Meri Goldstein director of acquisitions and business development. Goldstein most recently served as manager of strategic investments for Noble Investment Group in Atlanta.
Rich Hinojosa has been appointed executive chef at Hotel Jerome, A RockResort in Aspen, Colorado. Hinojosa comes from the Westin Maui Resort and Spa in Maui, Hawaii.
Peter Marks has been appointed general manager for the Homewood Suites Holyoke/Springfield-North hotel in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Marks comes from the Kansas City Airport Marriott hotel, where he served as director of operations.
Shannah Milstead is the new regional director of sales and marketing at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui, Hawaii. As regional director, Milstead will also oversee sales at the Fairmont Orchid, located on the big island of Hawaii. She most recently was director of sales and marketing at Fairmont Dallas.
Robert Muehlich has been named director of food and beverage at the JW Marriott Hotel Miami. Muehlich previously served as director of food and beverage at the Miami Marriott Dadeland Hotel.
Brad Naucler has been named director of sales and marketing of Rancho Valencia, an Auberge Resort, in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Naucler most recently was director of sales and marketing for the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa.
