Bringing over 20 years of experience to her new role, Gray will be responsible for crafting a unified human capital vision across all Ashford portfolio companies, including Remington, Inspire, Red Hospitality and Leisure, OpenKey, Premier, and Pure Wellness. She will oversee efforts across the enterprise to attract, retain, and develop a guest-centric team to continue growth and ensure company culture, mission, and values are embedded throughout the organization to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Before joining Remington, Gray worked at Four Seasons Americas as Vice President of People and Culture, working with all hotels and resorts in North and South America. Before her time at Four Seasons, Gray worked as Vice President of Talent Management for The Michaels Companies, Inc., where she cultivated best-in-class programs to support recruiting, talent management, succession planning, organization design, culture enrichment, team member engagement, total rewards, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Parsippany, New Jersey, has promoted Shilpan Patel to executive vice president, North America franchise operations, and Gustavo Viescas to president, LATAMC, and elevated both to the companyâs executive committee. Patel has held various finance, operations and franchise service leadership positions throughout his nearly 20 years at Wyndham, most recently responsible for leading its contract administration and relicensing efforts while driving industry-leading economy retention rates across its brands. Reuben Kataria has joined as general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, Bengaluru, India. Previously, he held a stint as opening general manager at Leela Hotel & Residences Bhartiya City, also in Bengaluru.

The Anam Group, Cam Ranh, Vietnam, has announced three senior recruitments: Laurent Myter as general manager, Martin Koerner as commercial director and Ye Chang Sheng (Peter) as resort manager of The Anam Mui Ne. Grand Hyatt Vail, Colorado, has appointed Pascal Coudouy as executive chef. Previously, Coudouy earned expertise as the owner, operator and executive chef at Gore Range Brewery in Edwards, Colorado.
Chris Flint has been appointed as culinary director of ChĂąteau du Sureau, Oakhurst, California. Before joining, Flint was the executive chef at Fellow restaurant in Los Angeles, California.
