Peachtree Group and Merritt Development Group have opened the 171-suite Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk, an extended-stay hotel located downtown near the famed man-made waterway.

The all-suite hotel features studio and one-bedroom accommodations, each with full kitchens, separate living and working areas and layouts intended to support both short visits and longer stays.
The hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast that includes waffles, sausage, cage-free eggs, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt and whole wheat bagels, along with daily specialty items such as a sausage biscuit sandwich or egg, ham and cheese on a croissant roll. A full-service Starbucks operates on the ground floor, and a 24-hour Market provides grab-and-go snacks, beverages and ready-to-heat meals. Guests can also use a complimentary grocery delivery service via an in-room checklist submitted to the Front Desk, with items sourced from a local grocery store, or order delivery through Marriott International’s partnership with Uber Eats while earning Marriott Bonvoy points.
The fitness center includes a Peloton bike, free weights, adjustable benches, battle ropes, yoga mats, medicine balls and cardio equipment such as treadmills and ellipticals. An outdoor fire pit and lounge area is available for private events. The hotel also offers meeting space bookable through the sales team, front desk or QR code, with AV capabilities including HDMI connectivity, along with additional workspaces throughout the lobby.
The property is within walking distance of The Alamo, La Villita Historic Arts Village, the Henry B. González Convention Center and the Pearl District.
