Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco announces GM ahead of 2027 debut

Christophe Hilty has been appointed general manager for Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, who will lead the hotel’s pre-opening journey ahead of its early 2027 debut.

Hilty joins Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco following senior leadership roles across global luxury hospitality brands. His career spans multiple tenures with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, across properties in Riyadh, Los Angeles, London and the Seychelles, as well as the Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane in London, the historic Le Richemond in Geneva and an opening general manager appointment at Cheval Blanc Paris, LVMH’s flagship urban hotel. Most recently, he served as VP of global operations at CORE: New York, overseeing the member experience and operations of the Fifth Avenue private club.

“Mexico City is one of the world’s great capitals – layered, expressive, and deeply human,” said Hilty. “We are building something extraordinary here, a hotel that honors the city’s heritage, elevates its contemporary spirit, and delivers an unmatched level of personalized service that turns a stay into something far more meaningful.”

“Christophe brings an exceptional understanding of luxury hospitality and the cultural nuance required to bring a landmark property to life,” said Laurent Ebzant, Area VP, general manager, Hyatt Regency Mexico City. “His leadership will be instrumental as Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco prepares to welcome guests and introduce a new expression of personalized luxury in Mexico City.”

Set in the renowned Polanco neighborhood near Chapultepec Park, Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco brings together the hotel and Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences, a limited collection of 27 private residences, both located within the same 30-story tower.
