PLAYA BLANCA, PANAMA The 240-key Nikki Beach Playa Blanca luxury resort will be renamed The Royalton Playa Blanca Panama and will come under new management, the resort’s owner announces.
Blue Diamond, the new hotel operations company owned by Sunwing Group of Canada, and Europe tour operator TUI will work with owner RG Hotels Group to manage the rebranded property. The property, which opened late last year, features five restaurants, two pools, an events hall and a modernist design.

RG Hotels and Blue Diamond are in initial stages of developing two more properties in the Playa Blanca area.
