Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa has appointed Nicolas Renouf as resort manager. Renouf brings extensive experience at four- and five-star hotels across North America, Europe and the Middle East, including InterContinental Boston, Four Seasons Palm Beach and Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga. He will oversee day-to-day resort operations while working alongside managing director Michael Medeiros.

Prior to joining Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, Renouf served as director of food & beverage at InterContinental Boston, where he led a 130-member team overseeing a $32 million food and beverage operations and spearheaded renovation projects. Before that, he held leadership positions with Four Seasons Palm Beach and Kempinski Hotels across Latvia, Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates.
Renouf joins the property following the completion of its recent renovation, which includes refreshed guestrooms, public spaces and signature amenities while honoring the hotel’s history.
