Olympia Hospitality has assumed management of two New England hotels, Inn on the Square in Falmouth, Mass. and the North Conway Grand Hotel in North Conway, N.H.
The additions expand Olympia’s partnership with The Mount Vernon Company, a Boston-based real estate and hospitality firm. Olympia already operates Mount Vernon’s Revolution Hotel in Boston, the John Carver Inn & Spa in Plymouth and the company’s Nantucket properties.
“Mount Vernon has been an outstanding partner, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow our relationship by welcoming these two properties with such strong identities and loyal followings into our management portfolio,” said Sara Masterson, president of Olympia Hospitality.” “From the coastal charm of Cape Cod to the four-season appeal of the White Mountains, these hotels reflect exactly the kind of destination-driven hospitality Olympia is known for.”
“Olympia shares our commitment to quality and to the communities where we operate, which makes them the natural choice to manage these hotels,” said Bruce Percelay, chairman of The Mount Vernon Company. “We intend to invest in both properties over the coming years, enhancing what guests already love and introducing thoughtful upgrades that take each to the next level.”
Inn on the Square is located in downtown Falmouth on Cape Cod and has 82 guest rooms and suites. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, a sun deck, a courtyard with a firepit and a business center. The hotel’s restaurant, Persy’s Place, is known for breakfast and lunch service including New England clam chowder. The property is near Falmouth Harbor, Old Silver Beach and the Shining Sea Bikeway and offers shuttle access to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry.
The North Conway Grand Hotel is a 200-room full-service property in New Hampshire’s Mount Washington Valley. The hotel includes indoor and outdoor heated pools, a pickleball court, fitness and game rooms, a restaurant, a spa and meeting and event space. It sits adjacent to the Settlers Green outlet development. Olympia also owns and operates the Hampton Inn in North Conway.
