Travelodge to expand: Travelodge is planning a £1.3 billion (US$1.98 billion) expansion program for 2015. The expansion will target 205 hotel sites, mostly in London and southeast England.

Hotel Indigo coming to Gainesville: IHG has signed a deal for a 120-room new-build property in Gainesville, Florida. The US$170 million development is scheduled to open in 2016.
