Resorts World Las Vegas: Malaysia’s Genting Group is pushing back the opening date of its proposed 3,000-room, US$4 billion Resorts World Las Vegas to 2020 after overhauling the design. It was originally supposed to open in 2016.
Dalata Hotel Group: Irish operator Dalata Hotel Group agreed to acquire parts of the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane and the Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley in a deal worth a total €62.5 million (US$69.5 million).

Dusit International: Thailand’s Dusit International signed a management agreement with Omstone Asia Capital Pvt. Ltd. to operate Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort & Spa, the first Dusit brand in Nepal. It’s slated to open in 2020.

Trump Hotels International: A Russian state-run bank being investigated by the U.S. government financed a deal involving Donald Trump’s former partner in a Toronto hotel tower.

Caesars Entertainment: Caesars Entertainment announced a US$90 million renovation of the 1,270 rooms at the Flamingo Las Vegas, to be complete in mid-2018. Forrest Perkins will design, with gold and flamingo pink accents.
