Marriott completes New York Edition sale: Marriott International has completed the previously contracted sale of the New York Edition hotel for net cash proceeds of approximately US$343 million. The transaction is the last in a series of three sales of Marriott-owned Edition hotels. The combined proceeds total approximately US$816 million.
