Hotel Equities announces promotions, Costa Rica project: Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has promoted Brad Rahinsky to president and chief operating officer. Fred Cerrone, founder and former president, assumes the position of chairman and chief executive officer. The company also announced it was selected to partner in a full-service resort-style hotel on the Pacific Gold Coast in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
