Waramaug buys Milwaukee hotel:  Waramaug LS Hotels bought the 210-room Comfort Suites Park Place for an undisclosed sum.

 


Asia Pacific investors vying for Sofitel Sydney Wentworth:  CDL, Millennium Group and Sunardi Loekman are each reportedly interested in buying the 436-room Sofitel Sydney Wentworth for at least A$200 million (US$187 million).

Asia Pacific hotel transactions up 49%:  The total value of hotel investment sales in Asia Pacific increased by 49.8%, from US$1.49 billion in Q1 2013 to US$2.23 billion in Q1 2014, according to new data from Savills.
