Carlson Rezidor expands in Saudi Arabia: Carlson Rezidor has announced it will add two Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Saudi Arabia. The Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah and the Park Inn by Radisson Najran will open in 2016.

South Carolina Holiday Inn Express acquired: Waramaug LS Hotels purchased the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport in South Carolina. Waramaug will initiate a comprehensive refurbishment of the 83-room hotel and has retained Interstate Hotels & Resorts to operate the hotel.
Crowne Plaza Israel rolls out China Ready: Crowne Plaza Israel is beginning to implement IHG’s China Ready Guest Experience. Crowne Plaza is the first Israeli hotel chain to unveil roll out the program.
IHG reports strong RevPAR: IHG reported global Q1 2015 comparable RevPAR up 5.9%, driven by rate up 3.4%. RevPAR in the Americas was up 6.2%, with growth in the U.S. of 6.6% and Mexico of 8.8%.

Priceline Group acquires PriceMatch: The Priceline Group acquired PriceMatch. Under the agreement, PriceMatch will be integrated into BookingSuite, a recently launched division of Booking.com. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
