New Trump Entertainment ownership buys out 6 senior executives

ATLANTIC CITY The new ownership group in charge of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. is removing six senior executives as part of the company’s transition out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The departing executives include Rosalind Krause, general manager of Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and the only woman currently in charge of an Atlantic City casino, according to Press of Atlantic City. Jim Rigot, general manager of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, is resigning as of October. Krause and Rigot will receive severance deals of approximately US$900,000 each.

CEO Mark Juliano will take over for Krause, while the GM at Trump Marina Hotel Casino, Mark Sachais, will replace Rigot. Both Juliano and Sachais will also retain their current positions.

Also departing the company are Joseph Fusco, executive vice president of government affairs; Craig Keyser, executive vice president of human resources; Richard Santoro, executive vice president of asset protection and risk management; and Ravneet Bhandari, senior vice president of revenue management.
