New LV Sands hotel in Pennsylvania to house Lagasse’s first Italian foray

BETHLEHEM, PENNSYLVANIA The 300-key hotel at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is set to open next month, and with it will come Chef Emeril Lagasse’s first Italian restaurant.

The Las Vegas Sands Corp. development, which debuted last year with the opening of the casino, will feature the opening of its flagship hotel sometime in late May. Chef Lagasse already has two other restaurants open in the casino complex—a hamburger joint and a steakhouse—but the new Emeril’s Italian Table will be his first restaurant anywhere to focus exclusively on Italian cuisine.

Nightly rates at the hotel start at US$149, ranging to US$419 for one of the six presidential suites.
