Nashville’s Hutton Hotel joins Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio

Hutton Hotel announced its affiliation with Tribute Portfolio, Marriott International’s collection of independent hotels, and its participation in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. The 246-room property recently completed a $40-million renovation.

The renovation included reimagined guest rooms, a lobby transformation with the addition of Mimi’s Bar, a renovated ballroom and meeting space, a new spa and fitness offering and a refreshed dining concept, Evelyn’s. The property’s outlets also include Analog and The Spa.

To mark the affiliation, the hotel is offering Marriott Bonvoy members a $100 experience credit usable at Evelyn’s, Mimi’s Bar, Analog, or The Spa, plus 5,000 bonus Bonvoy points per stay under the Soundcheck at Hutton offer.

“Joining Tribute Portfolio and Marriott Bonvoy marks a significant moment for Hutton,” said Michael Fishbin, managing director, head of hospitality of The Georgetown Company. “This evolution reflects our continued investment in the property, aligning with the attributes of the Tribute Portfolio and building on the Hutton’s reputation as a cultural hub for both visitors and locals. As part of a Marriott Collection brand, the Hutton will expand its global reach while staying true to what makes it unique in a competitive market like Nashville, including its deep connection to the city’s creative landscape and its commitment to thoughtful, design-led hospitality.”

“Marriott is excited to work with The Georgetown Company to bring Hutton Hotel into Tribute Portfolio,” said Kyle Gagne, Marriott International VP of full-service hotel development. “With its deep ties to the Nashville community and thoughtfully designed guest experience, the property is a natural fit for the brand and is sure to offer guests and members a memorable stay in the Music City.”

Guests can now earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points at Hutton Hotel and access member rates across Marriott’s portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands.
