Naples Grande Beach Resort is set to join the Signia by Hilton portfolio. The 474-room resort, inclusive of 50 villas, becomes the first of the brand on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The resort is undergoing a comprehensive renovation, the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history. Updates will introduce redesigned guest rooms and suites, culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences, wellness amenities and social and gathering spaces along with Signia Hilton’s service standards.
Upon its debut in January 2027, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will become Signia Hilton’s third property in Florida, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, as part of Hilton’s portfolio of more than 540 hotels statewide.
Set along three miles of Gulf Coast beach, including the mangrove forests of Clam Pass, the resort is near downtown Naples, Waterside Shops and the cultural attractions of Florida’s Paradise Coast. It includes a spa, multiple pools, championship tennis and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Guests who book stays of three nights or more between January 15, 2027 and July 15, 2027 will receive 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points. Signia Hilton Naples Grande will join Hilton Honors, which has more than 260 million members worldwide.
