LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY The 252-key Park Inn Hotel Louisville East has been bought by Musselman Hotels and an affiliate of RockBridge Capital LLC.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Louisville-based Musselman says the shuttered hotel will remain closed pending a comprehensive redevelopment effort that will include a rebranding.
Musselman owns or operates 13 hotels in Kentucky under the Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and Comfort Suites flags. It also operates The Westin Richmond, Virginia.
