Nashville Loews unveils property-wide renovations

Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has revealed a multimillion-dollar, property-wide transformation that includes reimagined guestrooms, revitalized public spaces, two new dining concepts and enhanced gathering spaces.

The hotel is located in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood, minutes away from the entertainment district, Music Row and Vanderbilt University.

“For more than 40 years, Loews Nashville has been a defining part of Music City hospitality, welcoming generations of musicians, dignitaries and guests from around the world,” said Hugh Anderson, general manager of Loews Nashville Hotel. “This transformation builds on that legacy with elevated accommodations and exciting new spaces for dining and gathering. Nashville has evolved tremendously and so have we. We’re excited to reintroduce the hotel and share this next chapter with both returning and first-time guests.”

South Florida-based Studio DADO designed the interiors. The lobby has a 53-foot-long sculptural chandelier, a custom glass art installation depicting brass instruments behind the reception area and a new grand staircase connecting the lobby and mezzanine levels. Guestrooms and suites have a soft, neutral color palette, modern furnishings, plush seating areas and upgraded vanities and showers.

Two dining concepts have been introduced. Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee, in the lobby, is an all-day café and marketplace offering locally roasted coffee, pastries made daily by the hotel’s pastry chef, savory fare and grab-and-go selections.

Masons at West End is a restaurant, bar and entertainment venue with contemporary American cuisine, a mixologist-driven cocktail program and live performances by Nashville artists. New York-based Parts and Labor Design created the space, which includes a central circular bar and a stage, and executive Chef Sean Strolle leads the menu.

The final renovation phase will debut in January 2027. It will include a refreshed 8,500-square-foot Symphony Ballroom and adjoining foyer and a new outdoor lawn. The lawn will be the hotel’s largest dedicated open-air gathering space and will accommodate weddings, special events, community programming and seasonal activations.
