Lark Hotels announced on Wednesday that it will open four properties in New England in 2013 and 2014.
Two of the hotels will be opened via management contract, while two others Lark Hotels, Newburyport, Massachusetts, is developing and renovating.
The hotels include:
- the 9-room Danforth, located in Portland, Maine and opening in 2013
- the 8-room Pomegranate Inn, located in Portland, Maine and opening in 2013
- the 20-room 76 Main, located in Nantucket, Massachusetts and opening in 2013
- the 16-room The Break, a new-build to be located in Narragansett, Rhode Island set to open in 2014
