SHANGHAI Langham Hotels International announces plans to open The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai, in October, marking the debut of its second property in the city.
Located in the elegant and lively Xintiandi district, The Langham will occupy a new landmark building with interiors designed by Peter Remedios. The 357-key property at the entrance to the bustling hub of Shanghai’s thriving lifestyle scene features panoramic views over the renowned Shikumen storefronts of Old Shanghai that are literally across the road.
The 24-story luxury hotel pays tribute to the city’s heritage and traditions while embracing the best in today’s luxury comforts and attractions. The hotel boasts trendy terrace bar XTD Elevated, gourmet dining restaurant Ming Court and a late-night avante garde culinary experience known as Cachet. The property will also include a Chuan Spa outlet.
