Kohler Hospitality adds head of marketing

Kohler Hospitality has appointed Sara Harper as head of marketing. In her new role, Harper will guide the growth and positioning of the company’s portfolio of destinations in Kohler, Wis.; Green Bay, Wis.; Chicago, Ill.; and St. Andrews, Scotland.

Harper joins Kohler Hospitality from Peregrine Hospitality, where she recently served as vice president. Her background spans lodging, wellness, culinary and destination-driven experiences.

Harper also held the role of director of marketing at the Hotel del Coronado in California. During her time, she led a $550 million master plan repositioning, guided a multi-year brand evolution, launched luxury concepts including Shore House at The Del and Beach Village and implemented digital strategies to attract high-yield travelers.
