Kimpton Everly Hollywood welcomes new GM

Kimpton Everly Hollywood has announced the appointment of Robert Boyd as general manager. Boyd brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury and lifestyle sector to his new role.

Boyd’s career includes serving as general manager at Hotel Greystone in Miami Beach, where he most recently led the property to earn a two-MICHELIN Key distinction. He also served as opening general manager of The Brant in Nantucket, and has held senior leadership positions at properties such as Chateau Marmont, Terranea Resort, Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Canyon Ranch.

“Great hotels are ultimately about human connection, from how guests feel when they arrive to how teams support one another, and how a property reflects the community around it,” said Boyd. “Kimpton Everly Hollywood has already established a vibrant energy and a distinct sense of place within its neighborhood, and I’m excited to build on that foundation to deepen connections for both guests and the community.”

Kimpton Everly Hollywood features 216 guestrooms and 12 suites and is nestled at the foot of the Hollywood Hills, 13 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and seven miles from Bob Hope Airport. The hotel is also near the Hollywood and Vine intersection and the Capitol Records building.
