Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced One&Only in Courchevel, the brand’s first resort in the French Alps. The property is set to open in 2030 within Courchevel 1850, France, and will include a collection of branded private residences.
The resort will be developed on the site of the historic Courcheneige Hotel in the Jardin Alpin area, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Bellecôte slope and proximity to Les Trois Vallées. The property will feature guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, bars and lounges, an indoor/outdoor wellness facility with thermal experiences and private treatment spaces, and indoor and outdoor event spaces. A limited collection of One&Only Private Homes will complement the resort.
