BOGOTA, COLOMBIA The 264-key JW Marriott Bogota is open in the Colombia capital, marking the first luxury hotel for Marriott International in the country.

The hotel is operated under a franchise agreement with Real Hotels & Resorts, El Salvador.

“Colombia remains one of the most vibrant countries for new development in all of Latin America,” says Rob Steigerwald, Marriott’s chief operations officer for the southern region of the Americas. “We are thrilled to partner with Real Hotels & Resorts on this project, and introduce our world-class JW Marriott luxury brand to Bogota.
