JdV by Hyatt announces four new openings for Q4 2026

JdV by Hyatt, a collection of independent, neighborhood-inspired hotels, is continuing to expand its global portfolio with several openings planned for the final quarter of 2026. The properties range from the world’s first FILA-branded lifestyle hotel to the brand’s U.K. debut.

The Mindaro, JdV by Hyatt, opens in Portland, Ore., in October. Located near Portland International Airport, the 90-room property features Pacific Northwest-inspired dining at Jawfish, an immersive dining experience at Le Petit Chef, a coffee and cocktail spot and more than 8,000 square feet of event space.

FILA HOUSE Shanghai, JdV by Hyatt, will open in Shanghai, China, in November. It is the world’s first FILA-branded lifestyle hotel. The 108-room property is located at Shanghai ANTA Center and features sports-inspired suites, a wellness and fitness offering with pools and yoga and Pilates studios and an Italian restaurant.

In addition, two properties are scheduled for December. Oxford Witney Hotel, JdV by Hyatt, in Witney, Oxfordshire, U.K., marks the brand’s U.K. debut in the Cotswolds. The 130-room hotel will draw on Witney’s wool-making heritage and the Arts & Crafts movement through its design. It is within walking distance of the historic town center and approximately 15 miles west of Oxford. The property will feature a restaurant and bar sourcing local produce, with easy access to Oxford, the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside.

Miramar Resort, JdV by Hyatt, in St. Pete Beach, Fla., will be set along the Gulf of Mexico. The beachfront resort pairs contemporary coastal interiors with Gulf-view guestrooms and select furnished balconies. Guests can use a resort-style pool and Solara rooftop restaurant, with easy access to St. Pete Beach’s dining, shops and nightlife.

The openings show how hotel brands are creating more distinctive, locally connected guest experiences.
